显微手术治疗大脑前循环脑动脉瘤患者的临床疗效和安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Microsurgical Treatment for Patients with Anterior Cerebral Circulation Aneurysms

目的探讨显微手术治疗大脑前循环脑动脉瘤患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2012年1月至2014年6月中国医科大学附属第一医院鞍山医院收治的40例前循环脑动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行显微镜下动脉瘤夹闭术,观察其疗效和安全性。结果 40例患者中,动脉瘤夹闭成功率为92.5%(37/40),3例瘤体无法直接夹闭,予以瘤壁包裹加固术;术后并发症发生情况:轻度脑积水1例,脑血管痉挛2例,对症治疗后均痊愈;随访1年内,未出现病死、肢体残疾、动脉瘤复发及颅内血肿。结论显微手术治疗大脑前循环脑动脉瘤患者临床疗效明显,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of microsurgery in the treatment of patients with anterior cerebral circulation aneurysms.Methods January 2012 to 2014 June in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University Hospital of Anshan from 40 cases of anterior circulation cerebral aneurysms were selected as the object of study,all patients underwent microscope aneurysm clipping to observe the efficacy and safety of the.Results 40 patients, aneurysm clip closing success rate was 92.5%（37/40）,3 cases tumor cannot direct clipping,be tumor wall package reinforcement surgery;postoperative complications：mild brain water in 1 case,cerebral vascular spasm（2 cases）,were all recovered after symptomatic treatment;during 1 year of follow-up,no disease death,physical disability,aneurysm recurrence and intracranial hematoma.Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of patients with anterior cerebral circulation cerebral aneurysms patients with obvious clinical curative effect,high safety.
