缺陷表征准则条款的改进分析及对压力容器在役检查的应用

摘要 通过对2013版ASME第XI卷与1998版至2000增补中重复检查条款进行差异对比,发现如满足缺陷表征准则中的特定表面接近规则等新增条款,则可避免对通过分析评定的容器中缺陷实施重复检查;其次,就制定这一新增条款的技术背景进行初步分析;最后就该条款应用于国外某核电站压力容器筒体焊缝在役检查为例进行说明。该条款的应用可在确保运行安全性与可靠性的前提下,有利于电厂经济性的提升。 Though the comparison of the provisions of successive inspections in ASME section XI 2013 edition with the corresponding in 1998 Edition with addenda through 2000,we find that successive inspection of flaws in vessel accepted for continued operation by analytical evaluation are not required, if some particular conditions are met, such as the modified surface proximity rule in flaw characterization, Then, the background about the provisions is preliminarily analyzed. Finally, a case about the application of the provisions to inservice inspection of the reactor vessel shell weld is presented. The application of these requirements will promote the economy of operation in nuclear power plant on the premise of maintaining the level of safety and reliability.
