AO锁定足舟状骨接骨板治疗Sangeorzan Ⅱ、Ⅲ型舟骨体骨折 被引量:2

AO Locking Plate of Navicular Bone of Foot in the Treatment of Sangeorzan Ⅱ and Ⅲ Scaphoid Fracture

摘要 目的探索AO锁定足舟状骨接骨板内固定治疗SangeorzanⅡ、Ⅲ型舟骨骨折的可行性及临床效果。方法整群选取2012年1月—2014年8月该院接受治疗的15例足舟骨粉碎性骨折,行切开复位AO锁定足舟状骨接骨板及克氏针固定。采用影像学骨愈合情况和美国足与踝关节协会(AOFAS)后足功能评分进行评估。结果术后随访8个月—2年8个月,患足部分遗留疼痛,无明显畸形,距舟、舟楔关节活动范围基本正常,无舟状骨缺血坏死。骨折均获临床愈合,愈合时间为10~14周。按照(AOFAS)后足功能评分:优12例,良2例,可1例。结论 AO锁定足舟状骨接骨板内固定治疗SangeorzanⅡ、Ⅲ型舟骨骨折疗效满意。 Objective To summarize the feasibility and clinical effect of internal fixation with AO locking plate of navicular bone of foot in the treatment of SangeorzanⅡ and Ⅲ scaphoid fracture. Methods 15 cases with navicular bone comminuted fracture treated in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2014 were treated by open reduction and AO locking plate of navicular bone of foot and Kirschner wire fixation. The healing was assessed by iconography and American Orthopaedic Foot Ankle Society(AOFAS) score. Results The patients were given a postoperative follow-up of 8 months to 2 years and8 months. Some patients suffered from remnant pain. No obvious deformity and ischemic necrosis of the scaphoid occurred.The talonavicular and cuneonavicular joint range of motion was basically normal. The fracture in all the patients achieved clinical union, with the healing time of 10~14 weeks. The AOFAS scores showed that the treatment effect was excellent in12 cases, good in 2 cases and ordinary in 1 case. Conclusion Internal fixation with AO locking plate of navicular bone of foot has satisfactory effect on SangeorzanⅡ and Ⅲ scaphoid fracture.
