急性跟腱断裂微创与传统修复方法的临床效果探讨

Observation on the Clinical Effects of Minimally Invasive Repair and the Conventional Repair on Acute Achilles Tendon Rupture

目的探讨急性跟腱断裂患者行微创和传统修复方法临床效果。方法整群选取该院2014年8月—2015年8月收治的急性跟腱断裂90例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗时不同修复方案分成两组,将行传统修复方法38例患者设为对照组,将行微创修复方法 52例患者设为观察组,对两组踝关节功能、疼痛状况与并发症情况进行对比。结果观察组在两组治疗后AOFAS(92.45±7.20)分与VAS(1.20±0.14)分均改善基础上,其改善幅度更显著(P<0.05);观察组总并发症率5.71%比对照组21.05%低(P<0.05)。结论急性跟腱断裂患者行微创修复能够促进关节功能恢复,并减少并发症发生,可应用于临床。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of minimally invasive repair and the conventional repair on acute Achilles tendon rupture. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with acute Achilles tendon rupture admitted in our hospital between August 2014 and August 2015 were reviewed. The patients were divided into two groups in accordance with the repair regimen, the 38 patients given conventional repair for treatment were taken as the control group, whereas the other 52 patients treated by minimally invasive repair were set as the observation group. The ankle function, degree of pain and incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the AOFAS and VAS were（92.45±7.20） points and（1.20±0.14） points in the observation group, respectively. The AOFAS and VAS improved in both groups after treatment, moreover, the improvement was much better in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The overall incidence of complications was obviously lower in the observation group than that in the control group（5.71% vs21.05%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For acute Achilles tendon rupture, minimally invasive repair can promote the recovery of the joint function and reduce the incidence of complications, therefore, this treatment can be applied to the clinical practice.
