影响正畸固定矫治过程中牙釉质脱矿的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Influencing Factors of Enamel Demineralization During Orthodontic Treatment

目的探究影响正畸固定矫治过程中牙釉质脱矿的相关影响因素。方法整群选取该院自2010年8月—2014年8月间曾在院进行正畸治疗的患者120例,并对该组患者的临床病例资料进行回顾性分析,从中总结治疗后牙釉质脱矿的发生情况,根据牙釉质脱矿的发生与否将该组的120例患者分成脱矿组52例和未脱矿组68例,然后对比分析两组患者的一般资料,并对影响正畸固定矫治过程中牙釉质脱矿的相关危险因素进行总结分析。结果该组患者中有52例发生牙釉质脱矿,牙釉质脱矿率为43.33%。而患者的年龄、治疗的疗程、甜食的摄入、刷牙的频率以及不良的生活习惯均与牙釉质脱矿的发生有密切的联系,并且差异有统计学意义(P=9.164)。结论研究表明,对于正畸治疗的患者必须对诱发牙釉质脱矿的危险因素熟练掌握,进一步实施相应的防控措施,提高患者的治疗有效率。

Objective To discuss the related influencing factors of enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment.Methods 120 cases of patients with orthodontic treatment treated in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2014 were selected and their clinical case data were retrospectively analyzed, the occurrence of enamel demineralization were summarized through the data, and 120 cases of patients were divided into the demineralization group with 52 cases and the nondemineralization group with 68 cases according to whether the enamel demineralization occurred or not, then the general data of the two groups were comparatively analyzed, and the related risk factors influencing the enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment were summarized and analyzed. Results In this group, enamel demineralization occurred to 52 cases and the enamel demineralization rate was 43.33%, and the patient＇s age, course of treatment,？intake of sweet food,frequency of tooth brushing and bad living habits had a close correlation with the occurrence of enamel demineralization,and the differences were statistically significant（P=9.164）. Conclusion The research shows that for patients with orthodontic treatment, we must master the risk factors inducing enamel demineralization, further implement the corresponding prevention and control measures and improve the patient＇s treatment effective rate.
