关于微型种植体支抗在压低上前牙中的应用价值

Application Value of Micro-Implant Anchorage in the Maxillary Incisors Intrusion

目的研究微型种植体支抗在压低上前牙中的应用价值。方法随机选择50例来该院口腔科行正畸治疗患者上颌前部牙槽骨发育过度存在露龈笑并且设计拔除上颌两侧第一双尖牙作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组28例给予微型种植体支抗压低上前牙,对照组22例给予传统正畸J钩治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组上前牙唇侧倾斜度(U1-SN)、上颌第一磨牙近中颊尖至PP平面距离(U6-PP距)、上中切牙点至腭平面垂直距离(U1-PP)、上中切牙到NA平面的垂直距离(U1-NA)均较对照组改变明显(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗较传统J钩可获得更为显著的压低上前牙效果,其稳定性更好。

Objective To research the application value of micro-implant anchorage in the maxillary incisors intrusion.Methods 50 cases of patients with gummy smile due to the excessive alveolar bone？development in the anterior maxillory area and the design of removal of the first premolars on both sides of maxillary and receiving orthodontic treatment in the department of stomatology in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the observation group with 28 cases and the control group with 22 cases, the observation group were treated with micro-implant anchorage, the control group were treated with traditional orthodontic J hook, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the upper anterior teeth？labial inclination（U1-SN）,distance from first maxillary molar mesial buccal cusp to PP plane（U6-PP distance）, vertical distance from upper incisor to palatal plane（U1-PP）, vertical distance from upper incisor to NA plane（U1-NA）in the observation group were obviously changed compared with those in the control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional J hook, micro-implant anchorage can obtain a more obvious effect of maxillary incisors intrusion and has a better stability.
