团体心理治疗对首发精神分裂症患者抑郁情绪的改善作用

Improvement Effect of Group Psychotherapy of Depression in Patients with First-Episode Schizophrenia

目的探讨团体心理治疗对首发精神分裂症患者抑郁情绪的疗效。方法随机选择60例处于康复期的首发精神分裂症住院患者随机分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),研究组实施认知行为为核心技术的支持性团体治疗,在治疗前后采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对研究组和对照组进行评比。结果 1治疗前两组SDS评分差异无统计学意义,治疗后研究组抑郁自评量表评分明显低于对照组(42.1±10.0/45.5±10.5,t=2.05,P<0.05);2研究组治疗后抑郁自评量表评分较治疗前显著降低(前47.1±10.8,后42.1±10.0,t=2.94,P<0.05)。结论团体心理治疗能够改善首发精神分裂症患者的抑郁情绪。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of group psychotherapy of depression in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases of inpatients with first-episode schizophrenia in the rehabilitative period were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group with 30 cases in each, the research group were given supportive group therapy which considered the cognitive behavior as the core technology, both groups were evaluated by self-rating depression scale（SDS）before and after treatment. Results 1.Before treatment, there was no difference in the SDS score between the two groups, after treatment, the SDS score in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group,（42.1±10.0/45.5±10.5,t=2.05,P〈0.05）.2.After treatment, the SDS score in the research group was obviously decreased compared with that before treatment,（before 47.1 ±10.8, after 42.1 ±10.0, t =2.94,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Group psychotherapy can improve the depression in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.
