小金胶囊辅助治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Curative Effect and Security of Xiaojin Capsules in Adjunctive Treatment of Nodular Goiter

目的探讨小金胶囊在结节性甲状腺肿治疗中的应用价值及安全性。方法将2013年1月—2014年12月该院收治的结甲患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组辅以小金胶囊。结果治疗3个月后,两组痊愈率及总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应治疗,同时减低左旋甲状腺素钠片剂量。对比分析两组的临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。不良反应发生率较对照组得到了明显的降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用小金胶囊辅助治疗结节性甲状腺肿,同时减低左旋甲状腺素钠剂量并未对临床疗效造成不利影响,而且明显降低了左旋甲状腺素钠所致不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the application value and security of xiaojin capsules in treatment of nodular goiter.Methods The patients with nodular goiter treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets, the observation group were treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets supplemented by xiaojin capsules. Results After 3 months of treatment, the differences in the cure rate and total effective rate were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,the toxic and adverse reaction was observed and the dosage of levothyroxine was decreased at the same time, the clinical curative effect and occurrence of toxic and adverse reactions of the two groups were comparatively analyzed, the incidence of toxic and adverse reaction in the observation group was obviously decreased compared with that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaojin capsules in adjunctive treatment of nodular goiter and decreasing the dosage of levothyroxine has not had an adverse effect on the clinical curative effect and obviously decreases the incidence of toxic and adverse reaction caused by levothyroxine, and it is worth clinical promotion.
