探讨厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔在高血压心脏病治疗中的应用

Study on the Application of Irbesartan Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的分析厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔在高血压心脏病治疗中的应用价值。方法从该院2014年9月—2015年9月接收并治疗的高血压心脏病患者中随机选取62例并分为两组,对照组行厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组联合美托洛尔治疗,分析两组治疗前后舒张压、收缩压变化情况及治疗后临床效果。结果观察组治疗血压下降程度、心功能分级均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后总有效率93.55%,高于对照组总有效率77.42%(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in treatment of hypertensive heart disease. Methods 62 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 62 cases in each, the control group were treated with irbesartan, the observation group were treated with irbesartan combined with metoprolol, the changes of diastolic pressure and systolic pressure before and after treatment and the clinical effect after treatment of the two groups was analyzed. Results The decreased blood pressure level and cardiac functional grading in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the comparison had statistical significance,（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,（93.55% vs 77.42%）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in treatment of hypertensive heart disease is obvious, which is worth promotion.
