整体护理在急性坏疽性胆囊炎的应用分析

Application Effect of Holistic Nursing on Acute Gangrenous Cholecystitis

目的探讨整体护理在急性坏疽性胆囊炎的应用效果情况。方法整群选取并分析该院2012年3月—2014年8月收治的100例急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行分组,对照组(给予基础性护理措施)50例和整体护理组50例。观察两组急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者生存质量评分和并发症的发生率情况。结果整体护理组急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分均优于对照组,t=4.42、5.21、4.56、4.32,整体护理组急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者心律失常、切口感染、坠积性肺炎、水电解质紊乱均低于对照组,χ2=7.04、7.04、4.75、7.01,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论整体护理在急性坏疽性胆囊炎应用,可以明显提高患者的生存质量,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of holistic nursing on acute gangrenous cholecystitis. Methods An analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 cases with acute gangrenous cholecystitis admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2014. The patients were divided into the control group and the holistic nursing group with 50 cases in each in accordance with the nursing intervention given to them. Patients in the control group were treated by the basic nursing, and those in the holistic nursing group were treated by the holistic nursing. And the quality of life score and incidence of complications of the two groups were observed. Results The body function, psychology, social function and material life scores were much better in the holistic nursing group than in the control group, respectively, t=4.42, 5.21, 4.56,4.32, with statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. The incidence of arrhythmia, infection of incisional wound, hypostatic pneumonia, disturbance of water and electrolyte was lower in the holistic nursing group than in the control group, respectively, χ^2=7.04, 7.04, 4.75, 7.01, with statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion For acute gangrenous cholecystitis, holistic nursing can significantly improve the quality of life, decrease the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
