中医结合治疗脑梗塞临床疗效探讨

Study on Clinical Curative Effect of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Cerebral Infarction

目的对脑梗塞采取中西医结合治疗的临床疗效进行分析评估。方法整群选取2013年9月—2014年9月在该院就诊的96例脑梗塞患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组的48例患者采取中西医结合方法进行治疗,对照组的48例患者只用西医方法进行治疗,对两组患者临床疗效、生活能力评分以及神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)进行对比评估。结果观察组总有效率为95.83%,对照组总有效率为64.58%。观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗后,两组上述两项指标评分均有所改善,但观察组改善幅度显著高于对照组。结论对于脑梗塞患者,实施中西医结合治疗效果显著,安全可靠,能够改善患者生活能力以及NIHSS评分,进而使患者生存质量得到有效提升;因此,值得在临床中采纳应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for cerebral infarction. Methods 96 cases of patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the observation group were treated with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the control group were treated with simple western medicine, the clinical curative effect, activity of daily living score and NIHSS of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.83% vs 64.58%）, after treatment, the two index scores above of the two groups were improved, but the improvement range in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for patients with cerebral infarction has an obvious effect and is safe and reliable, which can effectively improve the activity of daily living of patients and NIHSS score thus effectively improving the patient＇s survival quality, therefore, it is worth adopting and application in clinic.
