斑点热群立克次体内蒙W-88株全细胞脂肪酸气相色谱-质谱联用系统的分析

Analysis the Fatty Acid Compositiom of Chinese Strain W-88 of Spotted Fever Group Rickettsiae by GC-MS

本文报告用毛细管柱气相色谱-质谱联用系统,分析研究了斑点热群立克次体内蒙W-88株(人株)的全细胞脂肪酸。结果表明W-88株与国际标准株西伯利亚立克次体232株(人株)的脂肪酸气相色谱图和其主要色谱峰的质谱图基本一致,从而认为W-88株属于斑点热群中的西伯利亚立克次体(Rickettsia sibirica)。

We analysis the fatty acid composition of the Chinese strain W- 88 of Spotted Fever Group rickettsiae by the combinition system of Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrum. The results showed that the GC of W-88 is very similar to that of Rickettsia sibirica, and the main peaks of MS is similar too.
