ABC-ELISA检测粪便华支睾吸虫抗原的初步探讨

Preliminary Survey of the Detection of Clonorchis Sinensis Antigen in Feces with ABC-ELISA

本实验用ABC-ELISA双抗体夹心法检测人工感染家兔粪便华支睾吸虫抗原(CsAg)。结果表明,此法能测出CsAg的最低含量为0.045μg/ml PBS,粪便中CsAg含量与感染兔的虫荷呈直线正相关。检测轻、重感染兔粪便各28份,正常兔粪便29份,阳性数分别为7、23和2。3组兔粪便中CsAg含量有显著性差异(P<0.001)。5只感染日本血吸虫家兔粪便CsAg检测均为阴性。

With ABC-ELISA double antibody sandwich method, it was possible to detect0. 045μg/ml PBS Clonorchis sinensis antigen. There was a linear relationship between the antigen level and the worm count. Utilizing this method for examining 28 feces of lightly infected rabbits, 7 showed positive results: for 28 feces of heavily infected rabbits,23 were positive;for 29 normal rabbits,only 2 were positive. The average quantity of the worm antigen in three groups were significantly different (P<0. 001) .
