空分纯化系统中CO_2与H_2O的吸附传质研究

摘要 空气预纯化系统中,为了更好地设计吸附器并保证纯化系统的安全运行,必须进行传质区长度和透过曲线的计算。本文基于透过曲线法,实验研究空气各组分浓度、入口温度、流量及竞争吸附等多因素耦合作用下,CO_2与H_2O在纯化器上的动态吸附特性。结果表明,空气各参数变化均会对CO_2在13X分子筛上吸附传质过程造成一定影响,其中空气入口温度是影响13X分子筛上CO_2传质区长度的最显著影响因素;空气中CO_2浓度对13X分子筛上CO_2传质区长度的影响呈负相关,而H_2O浓度对活性氧化铝上H_2O传质区长度的影响呈正相关,两者呈相反趋势。 In order to optimize the adsorber and guarantee the safe operation of air prepurification system,it was necessary to calculate the length of mass transfer zone(MTZ) and breakthrough curve.Base on breakthrough curve method,the mass transfer characteristics of H_2O and CO_2 in the prepurification system were discussed by the experimental study with multi-factor coupling effect of concentration of atmospheric components,inlet temperature,flow rate,competitive adsorption.The results showed that all the factors would affect the MTZ of CO_2 in 13 X molecular sieve,and the inlet temperature was the most significant factor and showed a positive correlation.The CO_2concentration showed a negative correlation on length of CO_2 MTZ in 13 X molecular sieve,while the effect of H_2O concentration on the length of H_2O MTZ in active alumina showed an opposite trend.
