火焰喷雾合成钛基纳米颗粒的相选择LIBS诊断

Phase-Selective LIBS Diagnostics of Flame Spray Pyrolysis of Titania-based Nanoparticles

摘要 本文利用火焰喷雾合成系统合成钛基纳米颗粒,利用相选择LIBS在线激光诊断系统诊断颗粒相信号以及掺杂钛基纳米颗粒的形貌。研究结果表明火焰喷雾合成的纳米颗粒的信号存在明显的背景辐射,证明火焰场中颗粒形成的起点不同,群平衡模拟结果与电镜测量结果相互验证,能够比较好地吻合,此外通过掺杂后组分沿程信号的变化能够诊断颗粒动态形貌的变化。 Titania-based nanoparticles are synthesized by flame spray pyrolysis.Particle-phase signal and morphology of the titania-based nanoparticles are studied by in-situ phase-selective LIBS.The particle-phase signals show obvious radiation,indicating a different start of formation process of particles.The results by population balance model are consistent with the results from TEM.Signals of doped nanoparticles vary with the height from the nozzle,showing changes in particle morphology.
