面齿轮磨削表层金相组织的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用金相显微镜观察面齿轮磨削表层金相组织特征,通过检测分析发现:面齿轮磨削表面的金相组织为细针状回火马氏体、残留奥氏体和粗大碳化物,心部组织为粗大的板条状回火马氏体。采用基于二阶响应曲面法建立了面齿轮残余奥氏体量预测模型,根据试验结果,采用最小二乘估计得出回归系数,对回归方程进行了显著性检验.结果表明:二次响应曲面法预测模型回归显著,置信度高,可以用于进行加工前的磨削参数选择,以达到对残余奥氏体量进行预测和控制的目的。 This paper uses metallographic microscope to observe the surface microstructure characteristics of face-gear. The result shows that metallographic organization of gear grinding surface is acicular tempered martensite + residual austenite + coarse carbide,the microstructure of the core is coarse lath- like tempered martensite. A predictive model of the retained austenite in face- gear is established by RSM and the significances of the regression equation and regression factor coefficients are proved herein. The fitting degree of the model is high. The parameters used in grinding can be selected to predict and control residual austenite volume.
