注塑模具机构的简化

模具的结构决定了模具成本,简化模具结构可降低成本、提高经济效益。采用动模侧和定模侧加外置拉杆并利用注塑机拉力的方法,简化了推出机构;通过在滑块顶面做一个搭接镶件、把镶件用一个固定块固定在定模上的方法,简化了滑块机构;通过增加与顶杆台阶等高的垫块,简化了顶出机构。简化后的机构运行可靠,提高了模具市场竞争力。

As the mould cost is determined by mould structure,it can be reduced by simplifying the mould structure,then the economic benefit is improved.By setting up an outer tie rod on the sides of moving and fixed mould and using the pulling force of injection machine,the launch mechanism was simplified.Meanwhile,the slider mechanism was simplified using an insert which was fixed in the fixed mould placed on the top of the slider.In addition,pads with the same height of ejector pin steps were added to simplify the ejection mechanism.The simplified mould is reliable and improves the market competitiveness.
