摘要
分析了尾锥类零件采用自由拉深成形后存在材料挤压叠加及裂纹的原因,提出了零件锥面拉深胀形及锥面限位压边拉深的工艺方法及模具结构方案,介绍了模具设计中限位柱高度、限位环厚度、卸料块结构的设计要点。经生产验证,改进后的工艺提高了尾锥类零件成形质量,满足了批量生产的要求。
By analyzing the causes for defects such as the material overlapping and cracks during the process of free deep-drawing,drawing processes of cone drawing-bulging and cone limited bead and die structure were proposed.Meanwhile,the height of limited post,the thickness of limited rings and design points of discharging blocks structure were introduced.The production show that the process could improve the forming quality of tail cone and meet the requirements of mass production.
