摘要
对一种钢制轴承保持器球兜内存在的"皱纹"缺陷进行了深入分析。通过对3种保持器用钢板的化学成分及钢板预变形前后的力学性能对比检测,并在冲压成形机上模拟了预变形前后这3种钢板的球兜成形过程,最终发现使用IF钢钢板制得的球兜无"皱纹"缺陷,经预变形后钢板制得的球兜"皱纹"缺陷消失。分析表明这种球兜的"皱纹"缺陷主要是由钢板的屈服延伸特性造成,对钢板预变形或使用IF钢钢板能解决这种问题。
The surface wrinkle defect in the ball pocket of a bearing retainer was researched in this paper.The forming process of the ball pocket was accomplished in a stamping press,and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the three steel plates used for bearing retainer were checked.It was found that no wrinkle was observed in the ball pocket made by IF steel plate,and the wrinkle disappeared after a pre-deformation to the steel plate.It is clear that the defect is due to the yield point elongation of the steel plate.The two ways to avoid the defect are conducting apre-deformation to the plate and replacing the plate with IF steel.
