摘要
介绍了一种中厚板直壁件的拉深工艺方法。通过对集成制动缸缸体拉深工艺分析和计算,确定采用二次拉深成形工艺:第一次拉深底部直接成形;通过减小圆角半径、逐渐缩小筒形开口直径的方法实现第二次拉深成形,避免了起皱、侧壁印痕等质量问题。利用数值模拟技术对结果进行分析、预测,得出了适合的压边力,减少了模具调试周期。
This paper presents a deep drawing process method of medium-thick straight wall.By analyzing and calculating the deep drawing process of the integrated brake cylinder body,it is determined to adopt two passes deep drawing.In the first pass,the bottom is formed.The fillet radius and diameter of side wall are redued in the second pass,then wrinkling,imprints on side wall and other defects are avoided.Analysis and prediction of the results by numerical simulation technology are applied to obtain proper blank holder force and shorten the debugging period of die.
