摘要
为了解决数控磨削加工的编程问题,提出了基于Edgecam软件的数控程序编制方法。论述了编程系统的体系结构,利用VB.NET结合PCI、PDI等Edgecam的二次开发工具构建磨削编程操作,在后置处理中研究了磨削子程序的编写算法,最后在典型的磨床上编制了模具轴套零件的程序,证明了该方法的有效性,并在生产企业得到实际应用与推广。
In order to solve the problem of CNC programming for grinding,the programming method based on Edgecam was introduced.Firstly,the architectural of programming was discussed.Then,the programming of grinding was constructed based on re-development tools of Edgecam,such as PCI and PDI,by using VB.NET.The algorithm of grinding subroutine was proposed in post-processing.Finally,the case study of typical die bush validates the proposed method,which is actually applied in manufacturing enterprises.
