摘要
根据《全国渔业发展第十二个五年规划》，在维护海洋资源、领土的合法权益以及提升我国海洋性大国综合实力、维护南海主权和渔业资源、发展远洋渔船的背景下，我司与海南省渔业厅、渔检局及当地渔业合作社等部门共同研发海南省渔船标准化项目。
According to the National Fisheries Development Twelfth Five-Year Plan, in order to safeguard the marine resources and the legitimate rights of territory, enhance the comprehensive strength of China＇s maritime powers, and protect the sovereignty and fishery resources of the South China Sea, the development of ocean fishing vessels should be promoted. Under this circumstances, the project of fisher standardization in Hainan province has been developed.
