某钻井辅助驳船克令吊起重能力升级设计

摘要 系列钻井辅助驳船,由于船东定制的DES钻井模块升级换代,导致DES重量大大增加;需要将克令吊的起重能力从250t提高到280t。为此,需要有效分析克令吊升级后对结构强度和船舶稳性造成的影响,对相关结构进行优化设计,并进行负载试验,证明升级后的起吊系统不存在影响船舶稳性和结构强度的潜在风险。 The series of drilling tender barge are contracted to build by COSCO Nantong shipyard. The hoisting capacity of crane should lift up from 250 t to 280 t due to the upgrade of drilling equipment set (DES) module designed by ship owner, and the weight of the DES will be increased. The influence of upgrade upon the structural strength of crane and ship stability should be analyzed effectively. The relevant structure is optimized and the load test is carried out. All these works demonstrate that the upgrading crane system does not have any potential risk for ship stability and structural strength.
