考虑到海洋平台用的推进器都采用大功率的三相异步电动机，直接启动会对电网造成很大的冲击，且大电流会造成比较大的线路压降，带软启动器的控制装置在船舶电气应用中的作用受到了越来越广泛的关注，从软启动器的组成构造及基本工作原理出发，对推进器马达软启动的优越性进行分析比较，并指出使用及调试过程中的注意事项。

Thruster motor used in offshore are of large power three-phase asynchronous motor, direct starting will have great impact on the electric net and the large current will lead to great line drop. Therefore the soft starter becomes more and more popular in ship electric design. Based on the composition and working principle of the soft starter, the the advantages of using soft starter in thruster motor are analyzed, and the matters should be paid attention to in using the soft starter are pointed out.
