摘要
船舶横倾会给船舶的操纵性、安全性和经济性带来极大的危害,尤其是目前常年在海上作业的特种船,如深水铺管船、铺缆船、重型重吊船等安装高效的船舶抗横倾平衡装置及完善的系统设计是十分必要的。高效的抗横倾系统及自动控制系统,设有多台可独立工作的抗横倾泵和多对抗倾压载舱,使船舶在系泊状态和各种航速,如在中高航速、低航速和零航速、遭遇各种浪向下都能有效地减小横摇,并快速补偿船舶由于装载不平衡、局部舱室破损和风压等各种因素引起的横倾和纵倾,使得铺管船等特种工程船具备经济风险小、能适应恶劣环境条件,同时具有海上工作的操作安全性等特点,有很好的推广使用价值。
Ship heeling will bring great harm to ship's operability, safety and economy. So it is necessary to install high-efficiency anti-heeling device and perfect anti-heeling system for the special ships, such as deepwater pipelaying vessel, cablelaying vessel, heavy lifting ship and so on. The high-efficiency anti-heeling device and automatic control system should include several pumps which can independent work and several pairs of ballast tanks, to make the ship ef- fectively reduce the roll in the mooring state and navigate states at various speeds in various waves, and quickly com- pensate balance. The anti-heeling device and its automatic control system can reduce risk of seagoing ships, conform the serious environment and ensure safety operation, with good application value.
