摘要
对于海洋工程作业平台而言,其复杂先进的电力及控制系统对电气设计压力巨大,数十万至上百万的电缆信息量,依赖于科学的管理办法是必然趋势。针对如何合理分配人力、物力,提高设计质量,控制建造成本,实现设计、物资、建造等多部门间协调合作等问题,提出一种新的电缆册管理系统并对其实际效果做了简要介绍。
For offshore work platform, its sophisticated and advanced power and control system is enormous pressure on the electrical design, hundreds of thousands to millions of cable information need to be treated. A scientific management method is inevitable. Aiming at the problems of reasonable allocation of human and material resources, enhancing design quality, controlling construction costs, coordination and cooperation between design, materials, construction and so on, a new cable list management system is proposed, the practical effect of the system is described.
