摘要
考虑到大包设备是海工项目EPC合同项目的重要组成部分，从大包设备管理角度，结合项目管理经验，就如何提高大包设备管理水平进行分析和探讨。
The equipment package is one of the most important parts for EPC contract during the whole construction period. Based on the good experience, the way to raise the lever of equipment packages management in the construction project of the o- cean engineering is analyzed and elaborated.
