摘要
结合某半潜式海洋平台的特点、分段划分、项目的模块吊装方案,对后续项目的设计、生产、安装过程出现的问题,给出了较翔实的解决方案。实践证明只要注重对某些过程进行设计优化,就能对生产建造进度、质量控制、节能减排、降本增效、起到事半功倍的效果。
Combining with the characteristics, block division, module lifting scheme of a semi-submersible platform, the problems happened in process of the subsequent project design, production and installation are analyzed in order to give the feasible solutions for the subsequent project. It is proved that the design optimization in the process of building is helpful for progress of building production control, quality control, energy conservation and emissions reduction, cost-saving and profit-increasing.
