摘要
自升式钻井平台在正常作业时,需要将自身的悬臂梁与连接井架一同伸出主船体之外。当悬臂梁及钻井井架装置的重心伸出主船体后,HOLDDOWN是将悬臂梁固定在平台上的强结构构件。结合南通中远船务工程有限公司交付的自升式钻井平台“凯旋一号”,介绍保证HOLDDOWN与主船体、悬臂梁的协调性的设计、安装要点。
In normal operation of the self-elevating mobile offshore drilling unit, the cantilever beam and derrick need extend out of the main hull. When the center of gravity of cantilever beam and drilling derrick is out of the main hull, HOLD DOWN is fixed on the platform of the cantilever beam structures. Based on the authentic cases of self-elevating mobile offshore drilling unit which was delivered in COSCO (Nantong) shipyard Co. Lid, the coordination design and installation of HOLD DOWN with the cantilever beam and main hull is analyzed.
