摘要
研究利用膨化石墨制备石墨烯/碳纳米管复合粉体技术。以膨胀石墨为基体,以硝酸铁、硝酸钴等物质为催化剂,结合化学气相沉积工艺,原位制备出石墨烯/碳纳米管复合粉体材料;研究了不同催化剂对复合粉体微观形貌的影响,利用扫描电镜对复合粉体进行了表征。研究结果表明:以正己烷为碳源,用2号催化剂,在750℃时所制备的复合粉体中,碳纳米管和石墨烯的质量最好。
The synthesis of in situ mixture powder of graphene platelet(NGP)and carbon nanotube(CNT)with CVD technology was conducted in this study.Expanded graphite(EG)was used as the catalyst support.The influence on CNT morphology on the composite powders by using different catalyst was studied.The structures of the mixture powder were characterized by SEM.The results showed that the excellent performance of NGP/CNT mixture powder materials could be prepared by using n-hexane as carbon source and No2 catalyst at 750 ℃。
