脑损伤早产儿振幅整合脑电图的特点分析

摘要 选取2013年6月~2014年6月在我院出生并收住于新生儿科的45例设为脑损伤组,另选同期31例无脑损伤早产儿设为对照组,采用脑电图仪于产后48h内对两组早产儿进行监测,每次连续监测时间≥2h.对两组早产儿的aEEG结果进行比较分析,观察各组aEEG的特点与差异.结果与对照组比较,脑损伤早产儿组aEEG图形连续性、睡眠觉醒周期、下界振幅值显著降低(P〈0.05).aEEG异常对早产儿脑损伤具有预警作用,在判断早产儿脑损伤中具有重要价值.
