摘要
从细观非均匀性角度建立了含骨料的混凝土双丝拉拔数值模拟模型,研究了双丝间距变化对双丝拉拔构件的力学性能影响,观察了双丝构件拉拔过程中构件裂纹萌生、扩展直至失稳破坏全过程,获得了不同双丝间距构件的剪应力分布数值光弹图、荷载-位移曲线、声发射计数曲线及沿界面剪应力分布曲线等。研究表明:构件的峰值荷载随双丝间距增加而增加;构件韧性随双丝间距增大而减少;同时间距变化对沿界面剪应力分布影响较大。
Effect of fiber spacing was carefully studied by setting a mesoscopic heterogenous numerical model of twin fibers and concrete matrix in this paper. The failure process from crack initiation to instability failure was observed. With photoelastic figures of shear stress,load-displacement curves,acoustic emission accumulation curves and shear stress curves of interfaces were obtained. When the spacing increases,the peak load will increase and toughness will decrease. In addition,it is observed that the fiber spacing has also great effect on the shear stress distribution.
