摘要
介绍了一种能够杜绝安全事故发生的液压机防压手装置。该装置采用机械与电路串联联动的方式牵制操作者的双手动作,从而彻底杜绝在人手未抽离危险区域时液压机向下运行的可能性,附加的机械支撑机构实现了机械与电气双重联动保护,克服了常见安全保护装置存在的电气元件长期运行易出故障的问题,使液压机防压手的安全保护装置能够长期可靠运行。
It introduces a safety device for working process of the hydraulic press. In the pressing process,the worker's hands are monitored by mechanical and circuit in series with the linkage mode. That puts an end to the hydraulic press runing down at the worker's hand not out of dangerous area. It designs additional mechanical support institutions for the mechanical and electrical dual linkage protection,improves the reliability of the system to run for a long time.
