在产业转型升级和高等教育分类管理内外因素的影响下,构建完善的应用技术型大学创新创业教育体系,将创新创业教育有机地融入教学管理体系和人才培养计划中已刻不容缓。要将创新创业教育纳入教学主渠道,与专业教育相融合,贯穿于人才培养全过程;做好顶层设计,建立协同育人的创新创业教育组织模式和运行机制;开展以创新创业教育为核心的科技实践活动,实行"创新团队+创新项目"团队运作模式;从学校类型、层次、特点和所处区域的实际出发,探索形成多样化的创新创业教育模式。

Under the influence of both industrial transformation and upgrading and classification of higher education managements, building a complete system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education organically into the teaching management system and personnel training programs of application-oriented universities has become essential. The innovation and entrepreneurship education into the main channel of teaching, integration of professional education, throughout the whole process of talent training; doing top-level design, establishing an organizational model and operational mechanism for cooperative education of innovation and entrepreneurship education; carrying out scientific and technological innovations as the core of innovation and entrepreneurship education, implementation operation mode of the ＂creative team＋innovation project＂ ; from Wpe, level, features, and location of university, exploring formation variety modes of innovation and enterprise education and other measures.
