On Informationalized Teaching Ability of Higher Vocational Teachers: Problems and Countermeasures——Based on Investigation of 74 Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province

摘要 信息化教学能力作为教师教学能力的重要组成部分,直接影响着教师专业发展和教育质量的提升。探讨高职教师信息化教学能力的内涵,并对高职教师信息化教学能力状况进行调查发现,其存在信息化教学的课程设计能力、信息化教学资源获取能力、信息化教学技术应用水平有待提高等问题。 As an important component of teachers' teaching ability, informationalized teaching ability have direct impact on teachers' professional development and the improvement of quality of vocational education. Through explaining the related concepts and current situation of teachers' informationalized teaching ability in higher vocational colleges. From the perspective of informationization teaching competition of Jiangsu province, the paper give a statistical description to the situation of teachers' informationalized teaching ability in higher vocational colleges. Through analysis of the causes of the problem, targeted to put forward the strategy of improving the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers, in order to promote educational informatization of higher vocational colleges.
