摘要
为获得和保存一批能产纤维素酶的菌株,为生物能源、环境工程以及农村秸杆资源的高效利用等提供菌种资源。本试验对采自中国西南地区的26株齿梗孢属真菌菌株进行了产纤维素酶的初筛、复筛及酶活测定,最终获得编号C36、Cx8、C10的3个菌株具有较高产纤维素酶的能力。
To obtain and preserve a batch of of cellulase production fungal strains for bio- energy,environmental engineering,and efficient use of resources in rural straw,26 strains were collected from southwest China for screening,rescreening and enzymatic assays. The results showed that three strains,C36,Cx8 and C10,had a high ability of producing cellulase.
