摘要
叶片是风电机组重要部件,其能否健康运行状态直接决定了风电场的收益。通过研究试用博世力士乐BLADEcontrol叶片在线监测系统,分析了该监测系统的监测原理、监测方式以及结构形式。应用matlab分析了该监测系统数据,得到了叶片结冰的准确时间以及冰融化的时间,对于保证机组发电量具有重要意义,并对下一步叶片在线监测系统开发提供借鉴。
Blade is an important component of wind turbine, which run directly determines the income status of wind farm. By studying the trial Bosch rexroth BEAD Econtrol blade online monitoring system, analyzes the principle of the composition of the monitoring system, monitoring method and data transfer form. Matlab is used to analyze the data, the monitoring system for the blade of the exact time of the ice and ice melting time, is great significance to ensure the unit capacity, and the blade on the on-line monitoring system development for reference.
