摘要 传统风机叶片检测方法费时费力无法满足大面积检测要求,采用无人机检测能够弥补使用高倍望远镜观测所达不到的精细化程度,基本能够代替“蜘蛛人”,实现风机叶片低强度、快速化、低成本、少停机式巡检。尽早发现叶片表面损伤,对有问题的叶片及时进行处理,将事故消灭在萌芽状态,保障设备及系统安全运行。 Traditional fan blades laborious cannot meet the requirements of large area detection, test method using unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) detection can compensate for use at high magnification telescope can not reach the degree of refinement, Basic can replace "spiderman", realize the fan blades low intensity, rapidness, low cost, less downtime type checking. Found the blade surface damage as soon as possible, to have a problem of blade disposed, the accidents in the bud, guarantee the safe operation of the equipment and systems.
