Maintenance Echnology Research ofABB Emax Series Circuit Breaker Used in Wind Turbines

ABB Emax系列断路器普遍应用于GE、金风以及联合动力风机的网侧并网断路器，根据现场运行情况发现在机组运行近1年以后出现不同程度的问题，譬如低温长时间停机后无法正常合闸问题等。本文根据断路器出现的问题，与ABB厂家沟通，研究出了风电机组ABB Emax系列断路器的维护技术。

ABB Emax series circuit breaker is generally used in GE, Goldwind and United Power line side of the grid circuit breaker, according to the on-site operation found in nearly a year after the equipment operation, different levels of problems such as low temperature for a long time afrer downtime cannot normal closing issues.Aiming at to the isuses of the circuit breaker, we communicate with the ABB, research the maintenance technology of ABB Emax series circuit breaker used in wind turbines.
