摘要
青鱼为我国传统养殖的四大家鱼之一,近年来,青鱼的养殖生产发展十分迅速。文章综述了青鱼的营养需求和饲料配制的研究现状,分析了水产行业标准《青鱼配合饲料》,对其修订提出了建议,同时指出,膨化饲料的应用是今后青鱼养殖进一步发展的一个重要方向。
Black carp is an important cultured fish in the traditional aquaculture in China. In recentyears, the production of black carp culture developed rapidly. This paper reviewed the advance in nu-trients requirement and formula feed of black carp, analyzed the Fishery Industry Standard, FormulaFeed for Black Carp, and some suggestions were made for the possible revision in the future. The ap-plication of expanded diet will be an important direction in the development of black carp culture, andmore attention should be paid to expanded diet in formula design and feed processing.
