摘要
为研究谷氨酰胺(Gln)和低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道微生物的影响,试验采用两因素三水平的析因设计,选取81头体重相近的28日龄断奶杜大长三元仔猪,随机分成9个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复3头,分别饲喂含0、10、15 g/kg谷氨酰胺和0、6、10 g/kg低聚异麦芽糖的日粮,试验期为28 d。结果表明:Gln与IMO互作对断奶仔猪的平均日增重和日采食量均有显著影响。其中Gln(10 g/kg)×IMO(10 g/kg)组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。Gln与IMO互作对断奶仔猪盲肠、空肠、回肠段微生物均有显著影响。其中Gln(10 g/kg或15 g/kg)×IMO(10 g/kg)组各肠段中大肠杆菌数量显著低于其他水平组(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量显著高于其他水平组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加Gln与IMO能提高断奶仔猪生长性能,同时可以维持肠道菌群平衡。
To study on glutamine(Gln) and isomalto- oligosaccharide(IMO) effects on growth perfor-mance and intestinal microflora of weaned piglets, eighty-one piglets weaned at the age of 28 d wererandomly divided into nine groups with three replicates in every group and three piglets in every repli-cate. Respectively feed diets containing 0, 10, 15 g/kg Gln and 0, 6, 10 g/kg diet IMO trial period of28 days. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results were showed as follows: interactions of Gln andIMO on weaning day of average daily gain and feed intake were significantly affected. Gln(10 g/kg)×IMO(10 g/kg) group was significantly higher than the other groups(P〈0.05). Interactions of Gln andIMO weanling appendix, jejunum, ileum micro-organisms were significantly affected. Gln(10 g/kg or15 g/kg)×IMO(10 g/kg) group of caecum intestinal segment is significantly lower than the other groups(P〈0.05), lactobacillus and bifidobacterium amounts significantly higher than the other groups(P〈0.05). Thus, adding Gln and the IMO can improve growth performance in weaned piglets, while main-taining the balance of intestinal flora.
