摘要
反刍动物养殖过程中排放的甲烷造成饲料能量的损失和饲料资源的浪费,污染当地环境,成为重要的温室气体排放源。阿克醇为反刍动物瘤胃中产甲烷菌膜脂质的基本结构,通过测定粪中阿克醇含量即可预测甲烷产量。文章主要介绍了阿克醇的结构、产生过程、测定方法以及与甲烷产量之间的关系,为最终建立通过测定粪中阿克醇含量来预测反刍动物内源甲烷产量的方法提供理论依据和技术参考。
Methane emission can cause feed energy loss, feed resources waste and the local environ-ment pollution, which has become an important source of greenhouse gas. Archaeol is the basic struc-ture of methanogens membrane lipid in the rumen, methane production can be predicted by determin-ing archaeol content in feces. The structure, production process, determination methods and the rela-tionship between archaeol and methane production were reviewed in this paper, in order to provide the-oretical basis and technical reference for predicting the methane production by determining archaeolcontent in feces.
