摘要
氧化铝拜耳法生产过程中由于涉及大量的管道和压力容器,这些管道与压力容器在与矿浆的长期接触中会由于矿浆的物理、化学反应而附着大量的结疤,结疤成分因为不同车间的矿浆物料不同而有所差异,但是绝大多数的结疤和结垢都是不利于生产的顺利进行的,因此在经过一定生产周期的运行后需要对管道和压力容器内部的结疤、结垢进行清理,结疤的成分不同,需要的清理办法也不相同。本文结合生产实际重点介绍氧化铝生产流程中几种管道和压力容器的清理方法,以及这些清理方法在实际的应用中需要注意的事项。
