在厚板焊接中,如何提高焊接效率和质量,一直是研究的热点。对于厚板的高效焊接,常用的焊接方法是多丝埋弧焊,但其设备比较昂贵。本文采用金属粉末埋弧焊的工艺,对EH36厚板进行焊接,不仅不需要额外的设备,而且大幅提高了焊接效率。

One of hot issue in thick plate welding is how to increase the welding efficiency and quality. In the fact, we usually use multi-wire SAW to increase efficiency, but it need another expensive machine. In this page, we use metal powder SAW to weld EH36 thick plate. It don＇t need new machine and also can increase weld efficiency in the same time.
