摘要
电火花线切割加工零件较厚时,也就是我们通常说的大厚度零件加工时是比较困难的。理论上看好像线切割机床的丝架如果能升多高,就能切割多厚工件;但实际加工时往往受放电加工蚀除材料的条件的制约,加工工件厚到一定程度,加工时电弧放电会很不稳定,短路和断丝现象也会频繁发生,切割表面质量还较差,加工效率也较低。本文针对这些问题,从分析大厚度零件线切割时的主要矛盾入手,从而采取相应的措施来改善电火花线切割大厚度工件时的加工状况。
Wedm machining parts thicker, namely we often say the large thickness of parts processing is difficult. Theoretically look like wedm wire rack if can rise, can cut much thick workpiece; But when it comes to actual processing condition by electro discharge machining removal in materials, processing the workpiece thickness, processing of arc discharge will be very unstable, short circuit and broken wire phenomena will occur frequently, the cutting surface quality is poorer, machining efficiency is low. Aiming at these problems, from the analysis of the main contradiction of big thickness wire cutting parts, so as to take corresponding measures to improve the wire cutting big thickness of workpiece machining conditions.
