摘要
随着一贯制质量管理工作的推进,公司运用全流程一贯制管理的思维和方法,改变了传统技质量管理模式,实现热轧工序质量控制及标准化管理。热轧工序质量控制及标准化管理方案的实施,使得钢区CPK由0.81提升到1.16,提升了43%,轧区CPK由1.1提升到1.68,提升了53%,过程能力都有了很大程度上的提高。
Along with the advancement of construct quality management work, the company use whole process construct management thinking and method, changed the traditional quality management model, realize the hot rolling process quality control and standardization management. Hot rolling process quality control and the implementation of standardized management solution, made of steel CPK from 0.81 to 0.81, up 43%, rolling area CPK from 1.1 to 1.1, up 53%, process capability has improved to a great extent.
