摘要
随着人们对环保的逐步重视,生漆受到了众多消费者的喜爱。在此基础上研发的纳米改性生漆解决了原有生漆干燥时间长、要求高的缺点,更有利于进行工业化批量生产。本文通过对批灰、底漆阶段表面粗糙度及改性生漆漆膜多项性能的测定,寻求更为优质的涂饰工艺路线。
With the awareness of environmental protection,Chinese lacquer is increasingly popular in China again.The nano-modified lacquer appropriated for industrial mass production has been developed by overcoming the primary time consuming and high demanding problem in curing process.Multiple performance of nano-modified lacquer painting film with different roughness of base coat were analyzed in order to summarize a better finishing technology.
