档案学视角下的个人存档若干理论问题探讨

Discussion on Some Theoretical Issues of Personal Archiving from the Perspective of Archival Science

随着信息技术的进步和个人信息意识的增强,个人存档的实践在国内外获得了快速发展。国外对个人存档的相关研究已经取得了一定的成果,国内关于个人存档的研究则刚刚起步。从现有研究成果看,国内外关于个人存档的研究大多立足于技术角度或具体的管理角度,从理论角度对个人存档展开研究的成果并不多见。因此,文章就个人存档的概念与内涵、个人存档与档案机构存档的相互关系、个人存档的价值等三个理论问题展开探讨,并对档案学视角下如何推进个人存档的深入研究提出几点建议。

The practice of the personal archiving had a fast development at home and abroad, along with the development of information technology and the enhancement of the personal information awareness. The research on the personal archiving had been achieved certain results oversea. However, the research is just starting at home.From the aspect of the existing research results, we notice that the research on the personal archiving is mostly based on the technical or the perspective management, but from the theoretical are not many. For that reason, the paper discusses three theoretical issues： the concept and connotation, the relationship between the archives organization archiving, the value of the personal archiving, and gives a few suggestions on how to promote the research of the personal archiving in the perspective of archival science.
