论高校声像、实物档案的开发与利用——以河海大学校史馆为例

Development and Utilization of Audio-visual and Object Archives in Colleges and Universities——Based on the Build of the History Museum of the Hohai University

高校声像、实物档案管理起步较晚、规范性差、归档方式落后,制约了声像、实物档案的开发与利用。文章通过对河海大学校史馆建设中声像、实物档案征集和利用实例分析,论述了高校声像、实物档案收集的途径与方法,并就其开发与利用进行了探讨。

Several existing problems constrain the development and utilization of the audio-visual and object archives of colleges and universities, such as its late start of the management, poor standardization and backward archiving methods. Taking the collection and utilization of the audio- visual and object archives of the history museum of the Hohal University as an analysis case, this paper investigated the approach and methodology of audio-visual and object archives of colleges and universities and discussed its development and utilization.
