摘要
ZnO是新一代宽禁带、直接带隙的多功能Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体,由于其特殊的结构性质,使其在许多领域上有广泛的应用。采用沉淀法和水热法分别合成了棒状ZnO纳米材料和盘状ZnO纳米材料,X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)都表明成功合成了不同形貌的六方纤锌矿结构的盘状ZnO和棒状ZnO;比表面积分析(BET)说明盘状ZnO和棒状ZnO具有不同的比表面积、孔容和孔径;电子顺磁共振(EPR)对纳米ZnO的电子结构进行了初步研究,研究结果表明盘状ZnO和棒状ZnO具有不同的电子密度。
ZnO is a new generation of wide-bandgap,multi-Ⅱ-Ⅵ direct bandgap semiconductor material,because of its unique structural properties,so that in many areas there is a wide range of applications.Rod-like ZnO and plate-like ZnO nanomaterials were synthesized via a precipitation method and a hydrothermal method,respectively.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)both illustrated that ZnO nanomaterials with different morphologies were successfully synthesized:plate-like ZnO and rod-like ZnO,and they were both wurtzite structure.BET confirmed that plate-like ZnO and rod-like ZnO had different surface area,pore volume and pore size.Electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)results showed that the plate-like ZnO and rod-likeZnO had different electron densities.
